Wedding & Special Event Contract Policies

RATES:

My flat rate is $75/hour from the time of arrival until the time of departure at your function. The hours will be agreed upon at the time of contract signing though you may always add hours during the event should you find you need more time.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:

20% of the contracted fee will hold the date and time frame requested. This deposit is 100% refundable if event is cancelled with at least 60 days notice. It is 50% refundable between 59 and 30 days notice of cancellation. It is non-refundable for less than 30 days notice.

Another 60% of the contracted fee is due 4 weeks prior to the event and is 100% refundable should you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to the contracted event.

The final 20% of the contracted fee plus fees for any additional time added at the last minute is due on delivery of the proofs to you.

YOUR PHOTOS:

You can expect your photos to be processed, the proofs and extra photos loaded onto a dvd (or two)and the proofs put online within 14 days of your event.

Special processing requests may take additional time after the initial work is done.

Legally, Crowbare Photography maintains full rights for use of the photos but unlike most photographers, Crowbare gives you full rights to copy and print your photos and a signed statement expressing this for printing purposes at a lab. If you publish your photos anywhere, the only requirement is to state that Crowbare is the photographer either next to the photo, or in the credits of the publication or both.

Crowbare Photography also reserves the right to use the photos for its online portfolio and for other potential clients.
